Sikachi –Alyan guardian is the small nanay settlement on Amur .Exactly here you could see ancient mesolite stones with famous petroglif. These rock paintings are 12000 years old . The tattoo faces of shamans, guardian spirits, totems and boats seeing off the dead to the Kingdom of Dead are pictured at these stones. The natives of Amur always considered Sikachi –Alyan as sacred place.By local legend The Spirit is still living in these stones In the paintings of Ilya Likhanov The Spirit as if lifts the veil of his secrecy: the faces of shamans lived thousands years ago are looking at us , shades of the people , long ago swam across to another shore . May be as a joke or seriously the friends call Ilya Amur Gogen .The Spirit living in the stone , that force induced the ancient creators to depict their faces thousands years ago , is still inspiring aboriginals of Far East for creative work.
