Born in 1969 in Moscow. He has higher juridical and military - political education and has more than 25 years of work experience at top - management positions in international companies.
In 1994 he founded the film company “Narimanfilm”. The company mainly deals with the production of documentary and feature films, legal, material-technical support for film projects in Azerbaijan and distribution of Azerbaijani films worldwide. He has been the producer of various short, documentaries and feature films.
In September 2005 he became one of the founding members and member of the Board of “Independent Film-makers’ Association of South Caucasus” (IFA-SC).
In October 2005 he was elected the first Chairman of the Board of the Association.
In June 2012 he was elected the Vice Chairman of the Guild of Producers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In July 2012 he became one of the founding members and member of the Board of Filmmakers’ Union of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On August 1st, 2018 was awarded the honorary title "Honored Cultural Worker" by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Born in 1972. Ilgar Safat is a film director, poet and rock-singer.
Safat graduated from the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature of the Azerbaijan Pedagogical University in 1995. Between 1995 and 2000, his works were published in several newspapers and literary magazines in Baku. Safat has also appeared on various stages in Baku and Moscow to perform his own songs (he has written about a hundred songs). In 2002, he graduated from the Higher Courses of Script-writers and Film Directors in Moscow, where he studied in the studio of Khotinenko, following which he directed “The Grandson of the Mountains” - which for several years has represented Azerbaijan in many European cities. After his studies in Moscow, Safat worked as a film director at the Far Eastern Newsreel Studio in Khabarovsk for a year and a half.
In 2003, the Governor of Khabarovsk province awarded Safat a prize for the film “The Roots of the Sky”. This film was shown all over the world, and took part in a number of Russian and international film festivals (including New York, Leipzig, Barcelona, Prague, Augsburg, &c). In Germany, “The Roots of the Sky” was entered in the catalogue of the best ethnographic films, and the film has also been added to the library of the American Museum of Natural History in New York.
The work of Ilgar is a feature film “The Precinct” which was finished at the end of 2010 and was selected by a national committee to represent Azerbaijan at the 83th Annual Academy Awards as the Best Foreign Language Film.

Rustam Shafiyev was born in 1969 October 31 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
In 1989 graduated from Perm city Military Aviation specialized school with the specialty “Electrical optic recon equipment”.
In 1998 was accepted to Azerbaijan University of Culture and Arts and graduated in 2003 with the specialty in “Art studies”.
In 2009 fired in stock from Azerbaijan Armed Forces.
Currently employed as a Deputy Director of Narimanfilm.
Originally, from Baku, Azerbaijan, Natig Rasul graduated the Academy of Public Ad- ministration under the President of Azerbaijan Republic in Baku with a Bachelor degree in International Relations in 2009.
In 2012 accomplished 4 month “Film Producing” course in Baku Film Institute.
In 2012 he attended below given seminars and trainings:
2012 3-day Film Producing workshop held by Zeynab Ozbatur Atakan in Baku;
2013 and 2017 3-day screenwriting master class held by writer/director Paul Fraser in Baku;
2016 7-day filmmaking master class in Moscow held by Confederation of the Union of Cinematographers in Moscow.
In 2013, he won the short film script competition “New Breath” – organized and held by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan in collaboration with Cinematographer’s Union of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Began working as a Director/Copywriter at Narimanfilm in 2014.
Emin Guliyev was born in 1987 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
In 2010 worked as producer of labels “Game” and “Russian lovers” (Netherlands, Belgium).
In 2014 he was accepted to Azerbaijanfilm film studio as 1st AD.
Since 2015 he is employed by Narimanfilm production company as Executive Producer.
